Appeal Targets and Timing

After the payment has been made (including statuses of Paid, Canceled, and Completed), either the buyer or seller can submit an appeal. Canceled status includes orders canceled after acceptance and those automatically canceled due to payment timeout.

 

How to Initiate an Appeal

1. Click [Order Appeal] in the bottom-left corner of the "Order Details" page.

 

2. Select the reason for the appeal and upload the supporting materials. After that, you can continue to upload additional materials and wait for the resolution from CoinEx support.
