What Should I Do if I Deposit Less Than the Minimum Deposit Amount

What is the minimum deposit amount?

Each cryptocurrency has a defined minimum deposit amount. Deposits below the minimum deposit amount will not be credited properly. Additionally, the minimum deposit amount for each cryptocurrency may be adjusted in real-time based on network congestion and the market value of the cryptocurrency.

Before depositing into your CoinEx account, please pay attention to the notes on the deposit page. You can also check the minimum deposit amount in [Fees Standard] > [Deposit & Withdrawal Fees].

What should I do if the deposit is below the minimum deposit amount and was not credited?

If your deposit is below the minimum amount required by CoinEx and was not credited, you can make another deposit exceeding the minimum amount to the same address via an on-chain transfer. The system will automatically merge and send both deposits.

Example: If you deposited 0.0005 BTC, but the minimum deposit amount required is 0.001 BTC, then this deposit will not be credited.

In this case, you can send 0.001 BTC to the same CoinEx address via an on-chain transfer. The system will automatically credit both the 0.0005 BTC and the 0.001 BTC together. If the minimum deposit amount is too high, you can just deposit at least an additional 0.0005 BTC; as long as the total amount exceeds the minimum requirement, it will be credited.
