After logging in to the fake App, a pop-up window will prompt you to make a deposit in order to participate in crypto giveaways. For example, you can earn 0.5 BTC for completing a deposit of 0.1 BTC.

2. Fake investment projects

The scammers lure investors into downloading fake apps that appear to offer a low-risk, high-return investment opportunity at seemingly low trading fees. Unfortunately, many individuals who fall for this trap end up losing significant amounts of money.

3. Fake mining Apps

The scammers promise you will receive high returns, given that you use their App for liquidity mining and transfer your assets to a specific address. In reality, this particular address is fraudulent. Once your assets are transferred there, they cannot be recovered.
