How to access Crypto Info page

1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Market Overview] or [Market Data] under [Markets] in the top navigation bar.

2. On "Market Overview" or "Market Data" page, click on any crypto name to access the Crypto Info page.

1. Crypto Info Overview

The overview section provides information such as the crypto name, currency tag, issuance date, market price, market cap, and total circulation. By clicking on the [Deposit] or [Swap] button on the right, you can directly access the Deposit or Swap page. Additionally, a search bar is available at the top right corner for you to easily search for your desired crypto.

2. Commentary

Commentary is the community interaction feature on CoinEx, where all users can share insights about cryptocurrencies, including market trends, price movements, project analysis, future prospects, and the latest updates.

You can give a tip to the creator if you agree with or like their comment or reply.

3. Price Movement

The left side displays a price movement chart that reflects the historical performance of the crypto over various periods like 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, and more. On the right side, you can view the percentage change in price for the crypto within each period.

4. Markets

The [Markets] section highlights the Spot/Futures trading pairs and presents market information including market price, price change, and trading volume. By clicking on the [Trade] button located on the right, you can directly access the respective trading page.

5. Coin Introduction

Located at the bottom of the page is the Coin Introduction section, which provides a brief overview of the project, introduces the team members, showcases the involvement of investment institutions, and the token's applications.

6. Feed

By tracking real-time crypto updates, aggregating mainstream media coverage, expert industry insights, and project updates, CoinEx Feed provides global users with in-depth analysis reports, market research, news, and fundamental reports to assist with investment decisions.

1. What is Commentary?

Commentary is the community interaction feature on CoinEx, where all users can share insights about cryptocurrencies, including market trends, price movements, project analysis, future prospects, and the latest updates.

2. How to set up my profile?

(1) Hover over your profile picture in the navigation bar to access Account Overview.

(2) Click the edit icon

(3) Modify your profile picture, account name, and username

3. Why can't others see my comments/replies?

Your comments/replies may be invisible to others due to the following reasons:

• Your content is pending system review.
• Your content has violated community guidelines.
• Your content is removed or deleted.

4. Why can't I comment/reply?

If you've repeatedly posted sensitive content, your account may be temporarily banned, during which you cannot comment or reply in Commentary.

5. Why Can't I Tip?

Currently, CoinEx only supports tipping in CET in Commentary. The daily tipping limit is 5,000 CET, and you can tip other users' comments or replies.

In general, the following situations may prevent you from using the tip feature:

• Abnormal accounts due to clearance, deactivation, risk control etc.
• Sub-accounts.
• Exceeding the daily tipping limit or the 24-hour withdrawal limit.
• Tipping your own comments or replies.

6. How to see my tip record?

Go to [Asset] > [Asset History] > [Spot Account], to see your sent tips, received tips, and the corresponding records.
