FAQ About CoinEx Staking

1. What are the requirements of CoinEx Staking?

As long as you are a registered CoinEx user and have completed 2FA authentication, you can use CoinEx Staking.

2. Can I stake anytime to earn rewards?

Yes, but it's important to note that staking does not immediately generate income, and a large amount of staking might trigger an on-chain operation. Patience is required until the staking becomes effective. After a successful staking, rewards will start being calculated from the next full hour and will be credited to your Spot Account around 00:30 (UTC) the following day.

3. Does CoinEx have a limit on the amount of staking?

The minimum amount for staking is as indicated on the staking page, and there is no maximum limit for staking.

4. Where can I see my staked assets?

After logging into your CoinEx account, you can check your staked assets in the financial account.

5. How are rewards calculated and distributed?

Your staking rewards are calculated based on your staked amount and the current staking APR, and will be distributed to your Spot Account.

6. Where can I check my staking rewards?

After logging into your CoinEx account, you can check your daily staking rewards in [Asset History] > [Spot Account] > [Staking Rewards].

Note: CoinEx charges a 10% service fee on user rewards, except for staking CET with a 0% fee.

7. What is the Staking APR (Annual percentage rate)?

The staking APR is determined by the total staked amount on the blockchain and fluctuates with changes in the on-chain quantity, which is not calculated by CoinEx.

8. How can I redeem my staked tokens?

You can redeem your staked tokens (which should meet the min. redeeming amount) by clicking the [Redeem] button on the CoinEx staking page. The actual redemption processing time may vary based on the redeemed amount.

9. Can I earn rewards during the redeeming period?

No. After you initiate a redemption, your staked tokens will be temporarily locked, and you will not earn any rewards during that period.
