Operating Status
To facilitate order management for merchants, two operational states are employed: "Open" and "Rest".
- Open: Active ads can appear in [Merchant Dashboard], and P2P trading is available.
- Rest: Active ads can be displayed in [Merchant Dashboard], but P2P trading is disabled. If a merchant is in "Rest" mode, their ads will not be displayed in the P2P Trading ad list.
Additional Scenarios:
- When someone first becomes a merchant but has not added any ads, their operating status defaults to "Open".
- Manually inactivating all ads by a merchant does not affect their operating status.
Ad Listing
1. How to publish ads
Go to [Merchant Backend] >[Manage Ads], and follow these steps:
- Click [Add Buy Ad] or [Add Sell Ad];
- Select the ad market: currently supports USDT / USDC markets, with up to 2 buy ads and 2 sell ads allowed per market;
- Set ad parameters: configure as needed including fiat currency, price, quantity, payment methods, advanced settings, trade notes, auto-reply, etc.;
- Submit the ad for publishing: after configuring parameters, click submit to publish.
Note: If you do not have the payment method you want to add, you can click [Provide feedback now] at the bottom of the page, and we will verify and handle it after receiving your feedback.
2. Quantity and limit requirements:
- You can publish up to 4 ads for buying and selling combined (2 for USDT + 2 for USDC);
- Inventory quantity: between 100 and 500,000 USDT, must be greater than the maximum single order limit, and ensure the account holds the corresponding asset quantity;
- Single order limit: between 10 and 100,000 USDT.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure the spot account holds the corresponding inventory quantity; otherwise, the ad cannot be successfully published;
- The ad must be in active status and the business status must be Operating for the ad to be visible;
- If security tools have been modified within 24 hours, selling coin orders cannot be placed.
Inactivating Ads
1. How to Inactivate an Ad?
Access [Merchant Dashboard] > [Manage Ads], click on the green switch on the far right of the corresponding ad, then confirm to change its status to "Inactive".
2. The following scenarios will trigger the automatic deactivation of ads:
- There are 5 or more pending appeals involving the merchant. Any appeal involving the merchant counts towards this limit.
- Merchant manually inactivates ads.
- Merchant reaches the maximum limit for canceling orders.
- Payment methods for the ad are not available, the fiat currency is delisted, or the Inventory Count of the ad is less than the Minimum Order Limit.
- Triggering of P2P permission restrictions or other risk control conditions.
- The prices set in the ads deviate from the market prices.
