Business Status and Inactive Ad Cases

Operating Status

To facilitate order management for merchants, two operational states are employed: "Open" and "Rest".

  • Open: Active ads can appear in [Merchant Dashboard], and P2P trading is available.
  • Rest: Active ads can be displayed in [Merchant Dashboard], but P2P trading is disabled. If a merchant is in "Rest" mode, their ads will not be displayed in the P2P Trading ad list.

Additional Scenarios:

  • When someone first becomes a merchant but has not added any ads, their operating status defaults to "Open".
  • Manually inactivating all ads by a merchant does not affect their operating status.

Inactivating Ads

How to Inactivate an Ad?

Access [Merchant Dashboard] > [Manage Ads], click on the green switch on the far right of the corresponding ad, then confirm to change its status to "Inactive".

The following scenarios will trigger the automatic deactivation of ads:

  • There are 5 or more pending appeals involving the merchant. Any appeal involving the merchant counts towards this limit.
  • Merchant manually inactivates ads.
  • Merchant reaches the maximum limit for canceling orders.
  • Payment methods for the ad are not available, the fiat currency is delisted, or the Inventory Count of the ad is less than the Minimum Order Limit.
  • Triggering of P2P permission restrictions or other risk control conditions.
  • The prices set in the ads deviate from the market prices.
