How to Cancel Orders

Order Cancellation Rules

  • BEFORE the merchant accepts the order: Both the user and merchants can freely cancel orders without any penalty.

  • AFTER the merchant accepts the order: The buyer can cancel the order, when it is in the pending payment or paid status.

 

Where to Cancel Order

To cancel an order, go to the "Order Details" page and click on the [Cancel Order] in the bottom-left corner.

 

Order Cancellation Limits

  • Each user can cancel up to 3 orders per day (UTC+0). If this limit is exceeded, the P2P service will be suspended for the rest of the day, and no further orders can be placed.
  • For Merchants, the cancellation limit is 10 per day (UTC+0). If this limit is exceeded, all active ads will automatically become inactive, and no P2P trading will be allowed (Ongoing orders are not affected).
