1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the P2P Merchant Event ("Event"), Merchants ("Participants") acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and any future amendments. Participants agree to adhere to all requirements set forth herein and acknowledge that any non-compliance may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards. The platform reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and amend these Terms at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Participants must meet all onboarding requirements, including but not limited to completing a KYC verification and demonstrating merchant status on the platform. Participants are further required to meet any payment method requirements specified for the Event. All participation is subject to a review and approval process, and the platform reserves the right to accept or reject any merchant at its discretion.
3. Point Accumulation and Ranking
The Event includes a system for point accumulation based on transaction activity, including but not limited to order posting, fulfilment rates, and price competitiveness. Points contribute to each Participant’s ranking, which determines eligibility for rewards. Rankings are updated periodically, and points may be adjusted based on any corrective actions or disqualification due to non-compliance.
4. Rewards Distribution
Rewards are distributed daily to eligible Participants based on ranking in the Event, subject to a final verification process. Rewards are provided in tokens and may be subject to a locking period, during which time they remain inaccessible until the specified conditions are met. Distribution and eligibility are at the platform’s sole discretion and are subject to the account status of each Participant.
5. Compliance and Anti-Cheating Measures
Participants must engage in fair, honest trading activities. Any attempt to manipulate rankings, including but not limited to coordinated trading, artificial order volume, or other forms of fraudulent activity, will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending or locked rewards. The platform reserves the right to conduct investigations and enforce compliance with these Terms as deemed necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by Participant’s involvement in the Event or due to technical or other unforeseen issues. Participation in the Event is voluntary, and each Participant assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Modifications to the Event
The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via official channels, and Participants are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. The platform shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the modification or cancellation of the Event.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of said jurisdiction.
