How to use Telegram to receive SMS verification code?

1. Make sure your Telegram account is bound to a cell phone number that is consistent with CoinEx.

2. Visit CoinEx Official website (https://www.coinex.com), after successfully logging in, click the [avatar] icon in the upper right corner, and select [Preferences] from the drop-down menu;

 

3. Find [SMS Verification Code] in the Preferences page and keep it turned off by default;


Note: If you need to use third-party platforms such as Telegram/WhatsApp to receive verification codes, please keep the button off; if you only use SMS service providers to receive verification codes, please keep the button on.

 

4. Try to get the verification code and open Telegram App to view the verification code.

 

Note: If you can't receive SMS verification code via Telegram, it may be due to the fact that the region you are in still only supports receiving verification code via SMS at the moment. If you have any questions, please submit a ticket for consultation.
