What should you do before using AlchemyPay on CoinEx?

1. Register your CoinEx account and enable 2FA

Before using AlchemyPay, you should register a CoinEx account and enable two-factor authentication.

2. Prepare valid ID documents

You need to complete identity verification when using AlchemyPay services. Please prepare your identity card, passport, or driver license within a valid date. The users need to be between 18 and 60 years old and with full capacity for civil conduct.

How to sell Cryptos via AlchemyPay?

1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Third-party Trading] under [Buy Crpto] in the top-left corner.

 

2. Click [Sell], choose your fiat currency and the crypto you want to buy, then select AlchemyPay and click [Sell]. For example, here's how you can sell USDT for USD.

 

3. Enter the amount to sell on the order page, and click [Confirm Selling].

Note: There are minimum and maximum order limits on AlchemyPay. Please adjust your selling amount accordingly.

 

4. Read the "Attention" notes carefully, then click [Got it and visit now] to access AlchemyPay website. 

 

5. On AlchemyPay website, please click [Proceed · Sell USDT].

 

6. Follow the page instructions, enter your email, check the box to agree to AlchemyPay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click [Proceed].

 

7. Enter the email verification code, choose the payment method, and then fill in your card details.

 

8. After all steps are completed, you will see "Transaction Successful" on the page.

 

9. Log into your CoinEx account to check your [Fiat Orders].

 

Notes:

1. Reference Price displayed on CoinEx is an estimated number. The final price is subject to the price quoted by AlchemyPay.

2. After selling, you can check the order details on AlchemyPay; Meanwhile, you can track the withdrawal status under [Fiat Orders] on CoinEx.
