A4: The processing time of your transaction may vary according to each third-party platform. The actual arrival time shall prevail. After purchasing, you can check the withdrawal record on CoinEx, and track the order status on the third-party platform.
Q5: Will CoinEx charge any fees?
A5: No, CoinEx will NOT charge any fees during the crypto-selling process. CoinEx only introduces third-party payment partners for you to choose from. All fees incurred are charged by the service provider, please refer to the fees standard of your selected payment partner for the specific rules.
