With the deposit or withdrawal function, users can transfer the crypto assets from the CoinEx account to the other platforms. In this tutorial, we will detail how to make a deposit/withdrawal on CoinEx.
How to Deposit to CoinEx?
To make a deposit means transferring the crypto assets from another platform to your CoinEx account.
Step 1. Head to the [Deposit] section
Visit https://www.coinex.com/ and log in to your account successfully, choose [Deposit] in the drop-down menu of [Assets] on the upper right corner.
Step 2. Choose the crypto to deposit
1) Search Coin Type [USDT]
2) Choose Protocol Type [USDT-TRC20]
3) Use [Copy address] or [Show QR code] to get your CoinEx address.
Fill your deposit address in the recipient address field of the crypto wallet from which you want to send the same type of crypto asset.
After waiting for the deposit, you can start trading on CoinEx! The credited assets will be in the [Spot] account. If you need to perform leverage or contract transactions, please transfer to the corresponding account.
How to Withdraw from CoinEx?
To withdraw means transferring the crypto assets from your CoinEx account to other platforms or wallets. CoinEx only supports withdrawal from the [Spot] account. If the assets you want to withdraw are distributed in other accounts, please transfer to the [Spot] account first.
Step 1. Head to the [Withdraw] section
Visit https://www.coinex.com/ and log in to your account successfully. Then choose [Withdrawal] in the drop-down menu of [Assets] on the upper right corner.
Step 2. Choose the crypto to withdraw
1) Search Coin Type [USDT]
2) Click [Normal Withdrawal]
3) Choose Protocol Type [USDT-TRC20]
4) Enter [Withdrawal Address]
5) Enter [Actual Arrived]
6) Click [Submit] after confirmation.
Step 3. Security verification
1) Based on your 2FA binding condition, enter [SMS code] or [Google Authenticator Code] for verification.
2) Your registered email will receive a system email with the title of【CoinEx】Withdrawal confirmation. Click [Reconfirm] after double-checking the withdrawal amount and withdrawal address.
3) When the page jumps to the [Withdrawal Confirmation] page, please click [Passed] after confirmation to submit the withdrawal request successfully.
4) Once the withdrawal is sent out successfully, you will receive a system email with the title of 【CoinEx】Withdrawal Request Verified. Please check it in time.

Note:
1. Please make sure that the selected network is the same as the network of the platform you are withdrawing funds from or depositing funds to. If you select the wrong network, the assets cannot be retrieved.
2. Deposit or withdrawal requires confirmations of the entire network.
3. Any deposits less than the minimum amount will not be credited or refunded.
4. When depositing or withdrawing label coins, the address, as well as the Memo/Tag/Payment ID, should be filled correctly. Asset lost due to the missing or wrong "Memo/Tag/Payment ID" cannot be retrieved or refundable.
