About Fees
Assisting with asset recovery requires additional resources, so a fee may apply in certain situations.
Fees apply in the following cases:
- Incorrect blockchain network.
- Incorrect address (e.g., depositing token A to the token B address).
- Unsupported tokens
- Deposits to CoinEx’s hot wallet address or withdrawals returned to CoinEx’s hot wallet.
Fee Rules
1. Default Fee Rules
(1) Fees are charged based on tiered rates of the market value of the deposited assets, as shown in the table below.
(2) Applicable fees will be deducted directly from the deposit amount when the funds are credited or returned.

2. Custom Fee for Non-Priced Tokens
If the deposited token lacks a fair market price and cannot be converted into USD, CoinEx will set a custom recovery fee, which will be displayed in the details of the recovery application.
