To further process your request, we will need you to provide the following documents (as applicable to your region). Only originals or certified copies are accepted, and non-Chinese or English documents must be accompanied by a certified translation.

(1) In the event of the user's death

  • Account holder's identification document
  • Account holder's death certificate
  • Heir's identification document
  • Photo of the heir holding their identification document
  • Proof of relationship (e.g., marriage certificate or birth certificate, etc.)
  • Last will and testament (if applicable)
  • Other notarized or legal documents proving your right to claim the deceased user's assets (e.g., court judgment)
  • Other documents/information we may require

(2) In the event of the user's incapacitation

  • Account holder's identification document
  • Documentary proof of the account holder's incapacitation
  • Heir's identification document
  • Photo of the heir holding their identification document
  • Proof of relationship (e.g., marriage certificate or birth certificate, etc.)
  • Power of attorney (if applicable)
  • Other notarized or legal documents proving your right to handle the user's assets (e.g., court judgment)
  • Other documents/information we may require

  • Failure to provide the required documents may result in delays in transaction processing or account restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to reject documents that do not meet the requirements, are suspected of being forged or altered, or whose authenticity is questionable, and may require additional supporting documents for verification.
