How to use CoinEx Pay

Before activating CoinEx Pay, please bind 2FA and set a withdrawal password first.

How to Send and Receive Payments

  1. Open the CoinEx APP, log in to your account, and tap the "+" button in the top-right corner.

 

  1. Read the rules and check the agreement box.

 

  • Receive Payments (Share Your QR Code):

(1)Tap [Payment Settings] in the lower-left corner, select the coin to receive, and enter the amount and optional message ;

 

(2)Choose [Save] or [Share], then share your QR code so others can scan and pay you.

 

4. Send Payments (Scan a QR Code):

(1)Tap the [Scan] button to scan the recipient's QR code.


(2)Select the coin and enter the amount (tap to switch currencies if needed).

 

(3) Enter your withdrawal password or use Touch/Face ID to complete the payment.

Notes:

  • Cross-currency payment amounts must be ≥ 0.1 USD.
  • Payments cannot be refunded. Please double-check the recipient account and payment details before confirming.



 

How to Modify Payment Preferences

(1) Payment Settings (top-right first button):

  • Enable or disable Face/Touch ID verification.
  • Set the maximum daily payment limit (up to 1,000 USD).

 

(2) Nickname and Avatar Settings: 

Change your display nickname and avatar on the “Basic Info” page.

 

How to View Payment and Receipt Records

Option 1: CoinEx Pay Page

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view recent records. Tap [All] to check all records.

 

Option 2: [Assets] > [Spot] > [Asset History]

Go to the “Asset History” page and filter by "Scan to Pay" or "Scan to Receive" to view relevant records.
