Fixed Savings: A Step-by-Step Guide (App)

 

How to Subscribe

1.  Open the CoinEx App, log in to your account, and tap [Fixed Savings] on the homepage, or tap [Assets]  > [Earn] on the bottom navigation bar to enter the Earn page.

 

2. Tap [Subscribe], jump to the "Fixed Savings” page, where you can view all available savings products or search for a specific one.

Note: Only USDC, USDT, ETH, and BTC are supported currently.

 

3.  Select a currency, enter the subscription amount to view the Est. Income, then read the rules, and check the agreement box. Then tap [Subscribe]. 

Notes:

(1) The fixed deposit tenor is 30 days or 90 days.

(2) The minimum subscription amount varies by products.  

(3) If your Spot account balance is insufficient, tap the [+] button to add funds via Deposit, Transfer, or P2P Trading.

 

4. After successful subscription, tap [Go to Earn Account], or go to [Assets] > [Earn] to view your fixed savings assets and active subscriptions.

 

How to Redeem

1. Open the CoinEx APP, log in to your account, and go to [Assets] > [Earn] > [Fixed Savings] on the bottom navigation bar.

 

2.  Review your subscribed products, and tap the [Redeem] to complete the redemption.

Note: After redeeming upon maturity, you can check the redeemed principal and interest income in your Spot Account.

If you redeem early before maturity, the principal will be returned to your Spot Account immediately, but no interest income will be earned.
