FAQs about Spot Trading

1. How are the transaction fees calculated?

Transaction Fees = Transaction Price * Transaction Quantity * Fee Rate

Fee Rates:
(1) Regular Markets: Please check the corresponding fee rate based on your VIP level.
(2) AMM Markets: The fee structure differs from the regular market and uses an independent rate. Please click to view the specific rates.

2. Why wasn’t the fee deducted in CET when CET deduction is enabled?

Please check if you are trading in the AMM markets, as the CET deduction is not available for transactions in AMM markets.

3. What is the minimum order limit?

Orders must meet both the minimum order amount (≥ 1 USD) and the minimum order quantity. The latter is rounded up to the nearest preset tier value and dynamically adjusted based on the asset's price changes.

Example: If the price of CET at 8 AM (UTC+8) is 0.05 USD, according to the rule of  "Minimum Order Amount ≥ 1 USD", the calculation for the minimum order quantity would be 1 / 0.05 = 20, rounded up to the nearest tier value of 50. Therefore, the minimum order amount for CET in Spot Trading is 50.

Note: If your asset is below the minimum order quantity, you can choose to convert it to CET via Swap if needed.

4. Why are the funds frozen?

After placing Limit orders, your funds will be temporarily frozen until the order is executed. If you need to access those funds, you can cancel the order at any time.

5. Why has my order not been executed?

Stop Orders:

  • Stop orders do not freeze account funds, but when the market price reaches the stop price, you must have enough assets in your account; otherwise, the Stop order will not be executed.
  • Stop Order may fail to trigger or be executed due to factors such as market volatility, insufficient funds, system issues, and other reasons.

Limit Orders:

  • If the order price deviates from the market price, you can adjust the price and place a new order or place a market order.
  • Whether the order is executed depends on actual market conditions. Please be patient while waiting for the order to fill if the price is reasonable.

6. Will the funds for unexecuted orders be refunded?

For Spot orders, the funds will not be deducted in advance. Any funds related to the unexecuted portion of an order will remain in the Spot Account.

7. Why do asset prices differ from other platforms?

Prices are subject to supply and demand dynamics and may vary slightly.

8. How to export order details?

Go to the “Spot Order” page, click on [Order History], and then click the [Export] button on the right.
