Follow the steps below to complete your first deposit and withdrawal on CoinEx.
1. Deposit & Withdrawal Entry
💻Go to CoinEx’s official website (https://www.coinex.com), click [Assets] > choose [Deposit/Withdraw] to enter the corresponding page.
2. On‑chain Deposit
💡Before depositing, please ensure
The blockchain network selected on CoinEx matches the sending platform; the contract address is correct; and the deposit amount meets the minimum deposit limit.
After selecting the depositing coin, check the supported networks and contract addresses. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code, and fill in the receiving address field on the sending platform.
Submit the withdrawal request on the sending platform and wait for the transaction confirmations. Once the number of confirmations meets CoinEx’s requirement, it means the transaction is confirmed, and your deposit will be credited to your account.
3. On‑chain Withdrawal
💡Before withdrawing, please ensure
The minimum withdrawal amount, fees, and confirmation time vary depending on the network, and the transfer time depends on network congestion and confirmation speed.
After selecting the withdrawing coin, check the supported blockchains and contract addresses. Choose [Normal Withdrawal] as the transfer method.
On the receiving platform, select the same coin and network to get the deposit address. Enter the address and the actual withdrawal amount on the CoinEx withdrawal page, confirm that all information is correct, and click [Withdraw].
Confirm the withdrawal via email. After double‑checking all details, click [Approve] to submit your withdrawal request.
The system will review and process the withdrawal. After it’s completed, please check the receiving address to confirm receipt.
4. Inter-user Transfer
Inter-user transfers are for transferring assets between CoinEx users. No on-chain confirmation or fees are required, and funds arrive instantly.
Select the coin you wish to withdraw, choose [Inter-user Transfer], enter the recipient’s CoinEx account (email or UID) and the transfer amount, then click [Submit].
Check the transfer details carefully and complete the security verification as instructed. The funds will be transferred instantly after confirmation.
Note: If you transfer to the wrong account, CoinEx cannot recover your assets.
5. Special Cases
🔖Depositing and Withdrawing Memo/Tag-required Coins
(1) Some coins (e.g., TON, XRP, XLM, EOS, etc.) require a Memo/Tag. Please confirm if the receiving platform requires one. If not provided, check [No Memo/Comment] before proceeding.
(2) Note: Memos and tags are case‑sensitive, and incorrect entries may result in permanent loss of assets.
