How to Re-enter a Referral Code

If you did not enter a referral code during registration, you can manually bind one within 7 days after registration on the “Account Overview” page.

Accounts that have not been bound within 7 days after registration will no longer be able to add a referral code.

 

How to Add a Referral Code via Web

1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Account Overview] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.

 

2. On the “Account Overview” page, select [Click to enter] in the right upper corner to open the referral code pop-up.

Note: If this entry is not displayed, it means your account was registered more than 7 days ago, and the referral code can no longer be added.

 

3. Enter the correct referral code and click [Confirm] to finish the binding.

 

How to Add a Referral Code via App

1. Open the CoinEx APP, log in to your account, and tap the [Avatar] icon in the top-left corner to enter “Personal Center”.

 

2. Tap the banner [Forgot to enter referral code? Click to add] to open the referral code pop-up..

 

3. Fill in the correct referral code and tap [Confirm] to finish the binding.
