How to Subscribe
1. Open the CoinEx APP, log in to your account, and tap [Assets] > [Earn] > [Dual Investment] on the bottom navigation bar to enter the Dual Investment page.
2. Click [Subscribe].
3. Select coin and investment direction.
4. You can filter products by investment period.
5. Enter the subscription amount, check the agreement box, and click [Subscribe].
6. Confirm the information again and click [Confirm] to complete the subscription.
Note: Once the subscription is confirmed, the subscribed assets cannot be redeemed until settlement.
Viewing and Managing Assets
1. After subscribing, you can click "My Investments" at the top of the "Dual Investment" page, or go to [Assets] > [Earn] to view your Dual Investment assets and currently subscribed products. You can also click [Subscribe More] to jump to the subscription page.
2. Upon maturity, the system will automatically settle the account, and the settlement amount will be automatically transferred to the Spot Account. You can click the icon in the top-right corner of the Spot page and then select [Transaction History] to view details.
