1. What is CoinEx referral reward?

When your friend successfully registers a CoinEx account through your referral link or referral code and completes a trade, you can earn a certain percentage of their trading fees as a referral reward. The more friends you successfully invite and the more they trade, the higher your reward will be.

2. How to invite friends to earn referral reward?

(1) After successfully logging into the CoinEx official website, click [More] > [Referral Reward] in the navigation bar.

(2) Enter the page, click [Invite Now], copy your exclusive referral link or referral code, and send it to your friends, or generate a personalized poster to share on social platforms. Friends who register through your referral link or code will become CoinEx users.

(3) Once your friends start trading, you can earn a referral reward based on a certain percentage of their trading fees.

3. How to earn more referral rewards?

(1) Invite more friends:

• Attract more friends by posting exclusive invitation posters, links, and referral codes on social platforms.
• When sharing your insights, positive news, and latest updates about the cryptocurrency industry and CoinEx, include your exclusive link or referral code. Friends who are interested can register directly.

(2) Increase your referral ratio:

• Upgrade your VIP level.
• Become a CoinEx Ambassador.

4. How are referral rewards distributed?

After the invited person completes a trade, you can receive a certain percentage of their trading fees as a reward:

• Regular referral rewards: distributed in CET.
• Ambassador referral rewards: distributed in USDT.

Referral rewards are usually credited the next day; actual arrival time may be slightly delayed. Additionally, trades generated by the referee's Sub-accounts will also earn rewards.

5. How long is the referral reward valid?

The reward validity period starts from the invited person's registration date. After 6 months, the reward is halved, and after 12 months, neither party will receive referral rewards.

After applying to become a CoinEx Ambassador, rewards are permanently valid, subject to platform rules.

6. Under what circumstances are rewards not granted or reduced?

(1) When the invited person is using a Fee Cashback Reward, fees already refunded through this benefit will not generate rewards.

(2) If the invited person's trades are in the AMM market, rewards are calculated after deducting AMM earnings from the fees.

(3) If the invited person is a Market Maker, the fees generated will not be rewarded.

7. Why haven't I received referral rewards after inviting friends?

(1) Please confirm whether your friend registered through your referral link or referral code. If the first C-Box your friend receives upon registration comes from your account, it is also considered a valid referral relationship.

(2) Your friend may have registered but not yet traded; rewards are generated only after trading.

(3) Please check if any of the situations in item 6 apply where rewards are not granted.

(4) If none of the above reasons apply, please submit a ticket to contact us. After verification, CoinEx will issue the missing referral rewards.

8. Can referral links / codes be modified? Is there a limit to the number?

Referral links and codes are usually exclusive to users and generally cannot be modified after creation. If you want to change your promotion method, you can share a new referral link.

Each user can create up to 20 additional referral links, making it convenient to promote through different channels.

9. How to check reward details?

After entering the “Referral Reward” page, you can view successfully referred friends and reward details in [Referral History] and [Rebate History].

10. Can I use multiple accounts to give myself rewards?

CoinEx strictly prohibits any user from self-referring through multiple accounts. Once discovered, CoinEx has the right to cancel related rewards, including those of both the referer and the referee. Due to market changes and fraud prevention risks, CoinEx reserves the final right of interpretation of referral rules.
