The following locations, and such other locations as designated by CoinEx from time to time, form the List of Prohibited Jurisdictions as described in the CoinEx Terms of Service. CoinEx reserves the right to update this list at its sole discretion without prior notice. 

To be eligible to use the CoinEx Services, you shall not access or use the CoinEx Platforms from, nor shall your account or activities be connected to, any of the following jurisdictions: 

• United States of America 
• The People’s Republic of China 
• Hong Kong SAR 
• Canada 
• European Economic Area 
• United Kingdom 
• Switzerland 
• Kazakhstan 
• Iran 
• North Korea (DPRK) 
• Cuba 
• Any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions by relevant authorities. 

Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions (including but not limited to using a VPN, proxy server, or providing false information) is strictly prohibited. CoinEx expressly disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, regulatory actions, or legal consequences arising directly or indirectly from such unauthorized access. 

If CoinEx determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that an account is connected to a Prohibited Jurisdiction or has engaged in any form of circumvention, we reserve the right to immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate the account, freeze associated funds, and cease all services without prior notice or liability to you.
