What is Withdrawal Multi-Approval?
To facilitate shared account management during withdrawals and to enhance asset security, CoinEx has introduced the “Withdrawal Multi-Approval” feature. After adding other email addresses for co-management, all members must confirm via email when performing actions like [Withdrawal] and [Add API withdrawal whitelist address]. Otherwise, the operations will not go through.
Note: You need to bind a security tool for 2FA before setting up Withdrawal Multi-Approval.

How to Set Up Withdrawal Multi-Approval?
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Security Settings] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. Go to [Advanced Settings] > [Withdrawal Multi-Approval] > click the [Set] button.
3. Read the “Risk Notice”, click [Invite Member], and click [Got it].
Note: Removing a verified member requires email confirmation from that member. Please add members cautiously.
4. Click [Add], enter “Nickname” and “Email address”, then click [Confirm]. Complete the 2FA according to the binding tools.
5. After passing the 2FA, check your mailbox to confirm the invitation.
6. Carefully verify the invited member's email address, and click [Reconfirm].
Note: For your account security, this email must be confirmed within a limited time. If you did not perform this action, please change your login password immediately and contact us by submitting a ticket.
7. You will be redirected to the “Confirmation on Withdrawal Multi-Approval” page. After confirming all information is correct, click [Confirm]. If you click [Cancel], the invitation will be revoked immediately.
8. The invited member will receive a confirmation email with the subject of [Invitation on Joining Withdrawal Multi-Approval] from CoinEx. Please inform the member to check their email and accept your invitation.
9. Once the invited person confirms the information is correct, they can click [Join] to become a member of the inviter's withdrawal approval group.
Note: After successfully inviting withdrawal approval members, all members must confirm via email for actions like [withdrawal] and [adding API withdrawal whitelist address]. Otherwise, the operations will not be performed.

Q1: Can I add other users registered on CoinEx as withdrawal approval members?
A1: Yes. The withdrawal approval members can be CoinEx or non-CoinEx users. Please read the risk notice carefully before adding your approval members.
Q2: How many withdrawal approval members can I invite at most?
A2: You can invite up to 5 members (excluding yourself).
Q3: Can I delete a withdrawal approval member?
A3: Yes.
If the status of the invited person is [Verifying], it means they have not yet confirmed the invitation, and you can delete the member directly.
If the status of the invited person is [Joined], it means they have confirmed the invitation, and you must require an email confirmation from the member to delete them.
