How to Enable Pop-ups when Using Third-Party Trading Services

If you are not redirected to the service provider's website when buying or selling cryptos with the Third-Party Trading Service, please follow the below instructions on how to allow pop-ups in your browser.

1. Safari

  • macOS

(1) Click [Safari] and select [Preferences].

(2) Click [Websites] and navigate to [Pop-up Windows].

(3) Change [Block and Notify] to [Allow] on the right side of "coinex.com".

  • iOS

(1) Go to [Settings] on your phone and tap [Safari];

(2) Turn off [Block Pop-ups].

2. Google Chrome

(1) Open Google Chrome. 

(2) Click the three dots at the top right and select [Settings].

(3) Click [Privacy and security].

(4) Click [Site Settings].

(5) Under the content section, click [Pop-ups and redirects]. 

(6) Click [Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects] to allow pop-ups.

 

3. Microsoft Edge

(1) Open Microsoft Edge and click [Settings].

(2) Click [Cookies and Site Permissions].  

(3) Click [Pop-ups and redirects]. 

(4) Hit the button next to "Block" to turn off the pop-up blocker.

 

Reminder

1. If the "Pop-ups blocked" notification appears when redirecting to a website, please enable "Always Show". 

2. For account security, please do not click the pop-up if you are not sure. Instead, you should take a screenshot of the current webpage and open a support ticket to contact us.
