Memo/Tag/Payment ID is a unique string assigned to each account that determines what account a deposit should be credited to. For cost control, ease of management, or other reasons, the platform will not assign separate deposit addresses to users for certain coins. To distinguish users, different Memo/Tag/Payment ID are assigned for cryptocurrencies that use a single deposit address.
When depositing a label coin on CoinEx, you need to enter the corresponding Tag/Memo/Payment ID. If you did not enter the correct Tag/Memo/Payment ID for label coin, the abnormal deposit will not be credited automatically. In this case, you can try to retrieve it via Retrieve Uncredited Deposit. Note: When depositing the following label coins to CoinEx, please fill in both the deposit address and the label.
