About Minimum Order Amount

Spot Trading (including Spot & Margin Trading)

1. Rule Overview

Orders must meet both the minimum order amount and the minimum order quantity. The latter is rounded up to the nearest preset tier and dynamically adjusted as the asset's price changes.

2. Specific Rules

(1) Minimum total order amount: ≥ 1 USD

(2) Tier system: Minimum quantity tier ranges from 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, etc.

(3) Update frequency: The minimum order amount for each asset is updated daily at 00:00 (UTC).

(4) Special cases: Please refer to the specific descriptions on the "Spot Trading" page.

3. Calculation Example

Assumption: CET priced at 0.05 USD at 08:00 (UTC+8).

Step 1: Calculate the quantity required to meet the 1 USD minimum order volume  → 1 / 0.05 = 20.

Step 2: Round up to the nearest tier value → 50.

Conclusion: The minimum order quantity for CET in Spot Trading is 50 CET.

 

Futures Trading

1. Linear Contract (USDT-Margined Contract)

(1) Rule Overview

Orders must meet both the minimum order amount and the minimum order quantity. The latter is rounded up to the nearest preset tier and dynamically adjusted as the asset's price changes.

(2) Specific Rules

  • Minimum total order amount: ≥ 5 USD
  • Tier system: Minimum quantity tier ranges from 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, etc.
  • Update frequency: The minimum order amount is updated daily at 00:00 (UTC).
  • Special cases: Please refer to the specific descriptions on the "Futures Trading" page.

(3) Calculation Example

Assumption: ETH priced at 1150 USD at 08:00 (UTC+8).

  • Step 1: Calculate the quantity required to meet the 5 USD minimum order volume → 5 / 1150 ≈ 0.004.
  • Step 2: Round up to the nearest tier value → 0.005.
  • Conclusion: The minimum order quantity for ETH in Futures Trading is 0.005 ETH.
     

2. Inverse Contract (Coin-Margined Contract)

(1) Rules: The minimum order quantity is fixed at 10 contracts.

(2) Notes: Inverse Contracts are denominated in the underlying asset (e.g., BTC), and the minimum quantity unit is standardized to "contract". This system is unaffected by price fluctuations, making it simpler and more intuitive.
