Account Not Logged In
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), and click [Log In] in the top-right corner.
2. Click [Forgot Password] on the "Log In" page.
3. Enter your email address and click [Next].
4. Enter email verification code, and click [Next].
5. Select an appropriate Two-Factor Authentication method (e.g. SMS/TOTP/Passkey) for Security Authentication, then click [Next].
Note: If your security tool is lost or unavailable, please submit a ticket for further assistance.
6. Enter a new password and repeat the password to confirm it, then click [Confirm] to complete the process.
Note: Please set a complex password (combination of capital letters, lower-case letters, numbers and symbols) and keep it offline.
Account Already Logged In
1. Select [Security Settings] under [Account] in the top-right corner.
2. Click on [Change] next to Password under "Basic Settings".
3. Click [Continue] in the pop-up window.
4. Enter email verification code, then click [Next].
5. Select an appropriate Two-Factor Authentication method (e.g. SMS/TOTP/Passkey) for Security Authentication, then click [Next].
Note: If your security tool is lost or unavailable, please submit a ticket for further assistance.
6. Enter a new password and repeat the password to confirm it, then click [Next].
Note: Please set a complex password (combination of capital letters, lower-case letters, numbers and symbols) and keep it offline.
7. After resetting the login password, click [Done] to jump to the login page and use the new password to log in again.
Note: For security reasons, withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours after resetting login password.
