What is the login status?
The login status refers to the login record after registration. Records within 30 days will be automatically saved if you log in to your account successfully. When the session stays alive, two-step authentication is not required. Therefore, it's faster to enter the account.
How to manage login status?
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Account Overview] from the dropdown menu of the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. On the Account Overview” page, you can check the login status and login history in detail. To ensure account security, an alert email with login time, IP, and location will be pushed automatically if your account is accessed from a new device or IP.
3. You can also find the "Lock login IP" feature on the "Security Settings" page. When enabled, the login session on the web will be logged off when switching to a new IP address.
Additionally, you can activate the "Secure login duration" option. Once enabled, the login session on the web will be logged out after one hour of inactivity.
Reminder:
1. If you receive the alert email of unknown login, please click [Log out] to remove the suspicious device immediately.
Alternatively, you can click [Disable Account] to terminate account login, withdrawal, and transaction functions temporarily, so as to prevent others from entering your account and causing assets loss.
