Introduction to CoinEx Margin Trading Page (Web)

Market Overview Section

Click [Margin] in this section to quickly access margin trading markets, view token details, and check the latest prices.

1. Quick Access Panel: View related markets, watchlisted markets, and token information.

2. Market Filter: Filter markets by price, 24H/30D change, and other metrics.

3. Latest Execution Panel: View the latest prices for the current market. Check [Mine] to see orders executed at the latest price for the markets where you hold positions.

 

Market Data & Order Placement Panel

This section displays basic market data, candlestick charts, depth charts, trading types, order types, trading fees, and other functions, including order placement.

1. Basic Market Data: View essential information for the current market, including 24H change, index price, 24H high, etc. The four buttons on the top right allow for the following actions:

  • Trading Tutorials: This tutorial includes operation steps, video tutorials, feature explanations, and FAQs for Spot and Margin Trading.
  • Market Info: Click to view the Index Price and Insurance Fund for the current market.
  • Position PNL: View your position’s PNL, such as Position Cost, Avg. Price, etc.
  • Settings: Enable/disable Order confirmation and Quick Trade functions. You can also view your VIP level and current fee rates here.

 

2. Candlestick Chart & Depth Chart: View the candlestick chart and market depth for the current market (using TradingView chart as an example).

(1) Upper area of the chart:  

  • Click to view the Chart, Feed, or AI Analysis. Click the different timeframes below to switch the candlestick chart display.
  • The four icons to the right of the timeframe correspond to Indicators, Chart Settings, Chart Type Switch, and Compare Symbol.
  • Click the top right tab to switch chart types between Basic, TradingView, or Depth.
  • The four buttons below correspond to Reset, Full-screen, Multi-Charts, and Generate Snapshot.

(2) Left area of the chart:  

  • Click the arrow in the lower left corner to show or hide the Drawings Toolbar.
  • Click the arrow below the timeframe to show or hide the Indicator Legend.

(3) Lower area of the chart:  

  • Click the time below the chart to display candlestick charts for longer time intervals.
  • Click the UTC at the bottom right corner to switch time zones.
  • Scale Toggle: The three icons next to the timezone correspond to switching to Toggle Percentage, Toggle Log Scale, and Toggle Auto Scale.
  • Click the settings button at the bottom right corner to customize more chart content.

 

3. Order Placement Panel: You can choose different order types and effective times, and borrow/repay the coin based on your needs.

(1) Order Types and Effective Times:

  • Order types include Limit, Market, Stop-Limit, and Stop-Market orders.
  • Effective times include AL (Always Valid), IOC (Immediate or Cancel), FOK (Fill or Kill), and M (Maker Only).

(2) Borrowing and Repayment:

  • The maximum leverage ratio supported varies across each market and can be viewed in the market information overview and order panel.

For example, CET/USDT supports up to 3x leverage, hence displayed as 3X in the order area.

  • Borrowing: Enter the borrowing market, cryptocurrency, and amount manually in the top left corner.
  • Auto Loan: When enabled, the system automatically determines if borrowing is needed during order placement. If borrowing is required, assets are automatically borrowed, completing the borrowing process upon order execution.
  • Auto Repayment: When enabled, the system automatically checks your Margin accounts. If the available assets in your accounts are sufficient for repayment, the system will trigger an Auto Repayment.

Order Book Section

This section displays the Order Book, Bid-Ask, and allows for switching decimal precision.

1. Order Book: View the current market’s order book and the latest prices. Click [Index Price] > [Learn More] to view the index price for the current market.

Note: If the option to switch to “AMM” appears next to “Bid-Ask” in the right upper corner, it means the current market is an AMM market. 

 

2. Click the icon below the order book to switch the display of Orders/Bid/Ask and select decimal precision on the bottom right.

 

Trade History & Order Details 

1. Top Left Area:  

  • Pending Order & Order History: View your pending orders and previous orders for Normal Order and Stop Order.
  • Trade History: View all completed transactions across markets.
  • Margin: View current positions in the margin trading markets, and other details such as Account Income, Index Price, Liq. Price, and Risk%.

 

2. Top Right Area:  

  • Check [Show current market] to quickly view orders and trade history for the current market.
  • Tx Statistics: Filter by time and market to view the transaction activities and market trend.
  • Order Records: Click to jump to the Order Center to view spot order records (pending orders and trade history) and margin positions.
