What is C-Box?
C-Box is a fun and interactive crypto gift feature on CoinEx. It allows users to send crypto to one or multiple recipients at the same time. Recipients can claim the gift even if they do not have a CoinEx account.
⚠️ Any request asking you to send a C-Box to a designated individual or account under the guise of “rewards,” “rebates,” or “investment returns” is a SCAM.

Can I invite friends with C-Box?
You can send a C-Box to a friend who has not registered with CoinEx. After the friend successfully registers with the email account that claimed the C-Box, you can share the trading fee of the friend.
How to send C-Box?
Web：
Step 1: Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [C-Box] under [Account] in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Find "Send C-Box" section on the C-Box page and follow the steps below:
1. Select C-Box type
CoinEx supports two types of C-Box:
· Send Normal C-Box: Enter the bound email address to claim cryptos on the sharing page.
· Send C-Box via Code: Enter the pre-set code to claim cryptos on the C-Box page.
2. Select the amount to send
CoinEx supports two kinds of sharing in C-Box:
· Random: Giving away a random amount for each account.
· Identical: Giving away the same amount for each account.
3. Enter settings
Select the coin/token type, value, amount, validity, pre-set code (only required for the C-Boxes via code), greetings, and select the C-Box theme.
4. Confirm settings
After entering the settings, confirm the total value, and click [Wrap up C-Box].
Step 3: Complete security verification. To ensure asset safety, security verification is required before sending C-Boxes. After entering the email verification code and the TOTP code in sequence (if a phone or Passkey is bound, you can switch the verification), click confirm.
Step 4: After passing the security verification, you'll be redirected to the C-Box sharing page. From there, you can click [Download Image] or [Copy Code] ([Copy link] for normal C-boxes) to share it with your friends.
App：
Step 1: Enter CoinEx App, and tap [C-Box] under the [Account] tab.
Step 2: Select the C-Box type. CoinEx supports two types of C-Box:

How to claim C-Box?
1. Claim normal C-Box (Web & App)
Step 1: Click the link or scan the QR code of the image shared by your friends to claim the normal C-Box. Enter the email address bound to your CoinEx account, and click [Claim Now].
Step 2: If you have successfully claimed the C-Box, you can log in to your CoinEx account to view the details.
2. Claim C-Box via code
Web：
Step 1: Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [C-Box] under [Account] in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Find "Claim C-Box" section on the C-Box page. Enter the code and claim it.
Step 3: After successfully claiming the C-Box, you can click [View Details] to jump to "Asset History" to view your C-Box records.
App:
Step 1: Enter CoinEx App, and tap [C-Box] under the [Account] tab.
Step 2: On the C-Box page, enter the code, and claim it.
Step 3: After successfully claiming the C-Box, you can click [Details] to jump to "Asset History" to view your C-box records.
How to view C-Box records?
Web：
Step 1: Enter the C-Box page, and click [History] in the upper right corner.
Step 2: After entering the C-Box history page, you can select [Received] or [Sent] to view your C-Box records.
Step 3: In the "Sent" history, you can view the sending details and continue to share the C-Boxes that are in progress with your friends.
App:
Step 1: Enter the C-Box page, and tap [History] icon at the top right corner.
Step 2: In "C-Box Records", you can select either [Received] or [Sent] to see the relevant historical records.
Step 3: In the [Sent] history, you can view the sending details and continue to share the C-Boxes that are in progress with your friends.
Reminder
1. The validity for claiming C-Box can be set as 2 days, 3 days, or 5 days. Unclaimed digital assets will be returned to the sending account if they expire.
2. Each C-Box can be claimed only once per account.
3. Any email address that is not registered with CoinEx can claim the C-Box. The receiver needs to sign up within 7 days of claiming, or the cryptos will be refunded to the sending account.
4. Before sending the C-Box, please bind 2FA to your account.
5. The upper limit of C-Box value per account is 2000 USD/Day.
6. C-Box takes up your withdrawal quota. You cannot send any C-Boxes when your 24H withdrawal quota is insufficient.
