If you are unable to receive the email verification code when registering a new account or modifying 2FA tools or email, try the following steps:
1. Check your email address.
Registered: Ensure the email you entered is the one you registered with.
Not Registered: Check if the entered email address is correct, including the email suffix, numbers, and symbols.
2. If you don't receive a verification code when logging in, please check if you are trying to log in via the “Log in” page. If you log in via the “Sign Up” page, registration codes will not be sent.
3. Ensure your email account can send and receive emails normally.
4. Ensure your device for receiving emails is functioning properly, and make sure your device is connected to the internet.
5. Check your email storage capacity. If your inbox has reached its storage limit, clear some emails to free up space for new messages.
6. Check the Spam folder or other folders. If your email service provider marks CoinEx emails as spam, add CoinEx’s email addresses to your email whitelist.

7. Reset/Change your bound email
