Why Can’t I Receive Email Verification Code

If you are unable to receive the email verification code, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure your registered email address is correct.

2. Check with your email service provider to find out if there's a service outage.

3. Check the device for receiving emails and make sure your device is connected to the internet.

4. Check whether your email reaches its capacity limit, if yes, you can delete the old emails to free up some space for the new emails.

5. Check the Spam folder or other folders. If your email service provider marks CoinEx emails as spam, try whitelisting CoinEx email addresses, you can refer to How to Whitelist Emails from CoinEx to set it up.

6. Reset/Change the bound email

If you still can't receive the email verification code after whitelisting CoinEx email addresses, it is recommended to reset or change your email to common email domains, such as Gmail.com and Outlook.com. For more details, please refer to How to Reset/Change Email.
