How to Whitelist Emails from CoinEx

To prevent CoinEx emails from being filtered into spam folders, you can whitelist CoinEx’s official addresses in your mailbox provider.

How to Whitelist?

1. Gmail​

(1) Go to https://www.google.com/gmail/ and log in to your Gmail.

(2) Go to [Settings]​ > [​See all settings].

 

(3) Go to [Filters and Blocked Addresses] > Click [Create a new filter].

 

(4) Paste CoinEx’s email addresses into the [​From]​ field and click ​[Create filter].

 

(5)​​ Check the boxes below and click ​Create filter.

✔️ ​[Never send it to Spam]​

✔️ ​[Also apply filter to X matching conversations​]

 

2. Outlook​

(1)​​ Go to https://outlook.office365.com and log in to your Outlook.


(2) Go to ​[Settings]​.

 

(3) Select ​[Mail]​ → ​[Junk email​] → [​Safe senders and domains].

 

(4) Click ​[Add safe sender], paste CoinEx’s email addresses one by one, then click ​[Save].
