To prevent CoinEx emails from being filtered into spam folders, you can whitelist CoinEx’s official addresses in your mailbox provider.

How to Whitelist?
1. Gmail
(1) Go to https://www.google.com/gmail/ and log in to your Gmail.
(2) Go to [Settings] > [See all settings].
(3) Go to [Filters and Blocked Addresses] > Click [Create a new filter].
(4) Paste CoinEx’s email addresses into the [From] field and click [Create filter].
(5) Check the boxes below and click Create filter.
✔️ [Never send it to Spam]
✔️ [Also apply filter to X matching conversations]
2. Outlook
(1) Go to https://outlook.office365.com and log in to your Outlook.
(2) Go to [Settings].
(3) Select [Mail] → [Junk email] → [Safe senders and domains].
(4) Click [Add safe sender], paste CoinEx’s email addresses one by one, then click [Save].
