How to Whitelist Emails from CoinEx

Gmail

1.  Visit https://www.google.com/gmail, and then sign in to your Gmail account.

2. Click [Settings] in the upper right corner, then select [See all settings] to enter the settings interface.

3. Select [Filter and blocked addresses], and click [Create a new filter].

4. Add the following email addresses to the [From] list, and click [Create filter] in the bottom right corner to complete the addition.

noreply@mail.coinex.com

noreply@news.coinex.com

5. Toggle [Never send it to Spam] and [Also apply filter to matching conversations]. Then hit [Create filter].

 

Outlook

1. Visit https://outlook.office365.com, then sign in to your Outlook account.

2. Click [Settings] in the upper right corner, and click [View all Outlook settings] to enter the settings interface.

3. Select [Email], then select [Junk email], and click [+ Add] in the "Safe sender and domains" column.

4. Add the following addresses to the list of "Safe senders and domains", and click "Save" in the lower right corner to finish adding.
