How to Deal With Delisted Cryptos

To provide better investment options for global users, CoinEx will conduct regular reviews on all cryptos listed on our platform according to the Delisting Criteria, and will delist those that fail to meet our standards.

How to deal with to-be-delisted cryptos?

1. Phase One: deposit service is terminated, while trading and withdrawal are normal.

(1) Deposit

Once the deposit service is terminated, please do NOT deposit the delisted cryptos to CoinEx. Otherwise, it will lead to unnecessary asset loss.

(2) Trading

Check whether your balance of the delisted cryptos in [Spot Account] is sufficient for trading.

Take LUNC as an example to view the minimum order amount.

a. If the balance ≥ the minimum order amount, please trade the delisted cryptos as soon as possible.

b. If the balance < the minimum order amount, the cryptos can be converted into CET. Please refer to How to Covert Small Assets into CET for further details.

Note: 5% of the converted CET will be charged as a service charge. The converter is available only ONCE every 24 hours.

(3) Withdrawal

Check whether the balance of the delisted cryptos in [Spot Account] is sufficient for withdrawal.

Take LUNC as an example to view the minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawal fee.

(Deduction = the withdrawal amount + withdrawal fee)

a. If the balance ≥ the minimum withdrawal + withdrawal fee, please withdraw the delisted cryptos as soon as possible.

b. If the balance < the minimum withdrawal + withdrawal fee, the cryptos cannot be withdrawn. Please trade them for other cryptos or convert them into CET according to your holdings.

2. Phase Two: trading is closed and only withdrawal is supported.

Check whether the balance of the delisted cryptos in [Spot Account] is sufficient for withdrawal.

(1) If the balance ≥ the minimum withdrawal + withdrawal fee, please withdraw the delisted cryptos as soon as possible.

(2) If the balance < the minimum withdrawal + withdrawal fee, the cryptos cannot be withdrawn and CoinEx will not be able to process it for you.
