CoinEx 이메일이 스팸 폴더로 필터링되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 메일함 제공업체에서 CoinEx의 공식 주소를 화이트리스트에 추가할 수 있습니다.

화이트리스트에 추가하는 방법

1. Gmail​

(1) https://www.google.com/gmail/에 접속하여 Gmail에 로그인합니다.

 

(2) [설정]​ > [​모든 설정 보기]로 이동합니다.

 

(3) [필터 및 차단된 주소]로 이동 > [새 필터 만들기]를 클릭합니다.

 

(4) [교환]​ 필드에 CoinEx의 이메일 주소를 붙여넣고 ​[필터 만들기]를 클릭합니다.

 

(5)​​ 아래 체크박스를 선택하고 ​[필터 만들기]를 클릭합니다.

✔️ ​[X개의 일치하는 대화에도 필터 적용​]

 

2. Outlook​

(1)​​ https://outlook.office365.com에 접속하여 Outlook에 로그인합니다.

 

(2) ​[설정]​으로 이동합니다.

 

(3) ​[메일]​ → ​[정크 이메일​] → [​안전한 발신자 및 도메인]을 선택합니다.

 

(4) ​[안전한 발신자 추가]를 클릭하고, CoinEx의 이메일 주소를 하나씩 붙여넣은 다음 ​[저장]을 클릭합니다.
